Established in 2011 as a response to the lack of counselling staff and trained teachers in the region, Mighty Skills Training Institute [MSTI] is a training institution and consulting services firm created by professionals, educationists and industrialists. It aims at providing unique learning opportunities for the attainment of the Botswana Human Resource Development Drive. The institution was formed with the objective to provide research, consulting and training services in various disciplines to transform personal and corporate cultures towards excellence. It has in mind the economic empowerment of the people in Ngamiland through the provision of in-demand skills and education. It offers courses in preschool teaching, counselling and food production, with the hope of expanding to provide courses in cake making, business, community development, health and safety, fashion and design and basic computer skills.
